Your assessment records.

What gets saved

When you select Save assessment, CultureSignal stores the client code, preparer name, review date, evidence perspective, responses, and notes in its hosted database, associated with your signed-in user ID. Unsaved changes remain on the current page and may be lost when it closes.

Who can access records

Assessment requests are checked on the server against the signed-in user. The application only returns that user's records. Site owners and infrastructure administrators may have administrative access to stored data. This is not an anonymous reporting service.

Minimize identifying information

Use client codes. Avoid employee names, medical information, or detailed allegations identifying individuals in notes. Downloaded JSON files and printed reports contain the information you entered; store and share them carefully.

Export and deletion

Open an assessment to download its JSON file or print a report. Delete a saved record from the workspace to remove it from the application's active database. This does not remove downloaded copies or platform backups. No automated retention period is configured.

Commercial availability

This release provides assessment and record-management features. It does not process payments, collect anonymous employee submissions, or provide independent validation of the scoring model. This page describes current product behavior; it is not a complete commercial privacy policy.
